Refund policy
At Mini Royale, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
- Sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size received
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective or damaged products
Customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The ordered item is out of stock after payment.
- A damaged or defective product is received and a replacement is unavailable.
- An incorrect item was delivered and replacement cannot be arranged.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products purchased during special sales or clearance events.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
